LPG Gas Detectors
LPG gas detector is designed to detect LPG gas in industrial areas.
With ATEX / IECEx, SIL2 certifications, EN 60079-29: 1 performance approval, and high ingress protection class, it has proved its suitability for harsh environmental conditions.
The Pellistor sensor employed PQD-3035 provides excellent output in the 0-100%LEL range.
Easy and Safe Operation
- OLED Display: Features a 128×64 large, bright, and clear display for real-time gas level and detector status. Readable in dark locations and at various angles.
- Non-Intrusive Calibration: Perform zero and span calibration effortlessly using magnetic keys, without opening the lid in hazardous areas.
- Event Logging: Stores up to 250 event logs, including alarms, faults, and maintenance activities. Built-in battery safeguards data retention.
- Trend Monitoring: Displays gas concentration trends over the last 8 hours directly on the OLED screen, recording measurement data for analysis.
- Remote Control: Offers remote operation up to 15 meters for installations where sensors and transmitters are separated. Detector status can also be monitored via Prosense Gas Monitoring software.
- Magnetic Control: Adjust settings conveniently using magnetic keys for quick and secure configuration.
Easy Maintenance and Installation
- Relay Management: Easily activate or deactivate relay contacts through an intuitive PQD menu.
- Signal Simulation: Simulate 4-20mA analog output values for testing without requiring the presence of target gases.
- Customizable Analog Values: Fault, warm-up, calibration, inhibit, and overrange values are fully adjustable.
- Modbus Addressing: Set Modbus addresses directly via the detector menu, eliminating the need for onboard addressing switches.
- Calibration Alerts: Automatic reminders ensure timely calibration, maintaining sensor accuracy and reliability.
- Relay Settings: Configure alarm levels and related parameters with ease using the detector menu.
- Sensor Replacement: Supports pre-calibrated sensor head replacement for hassle-free maintenance.
- Modbus Integration: Seamlessly integrates with SCADA systems using open-source Modbus RS485 (RTU) codes.
